HOW TO APPLY AS INSURANCE ENTREPRENEUR/FINANCIAL ADVISOR IN AIA PHILIPPINES (MFINITY FINANCIAL PLANNERS AGENCY)

How to start? 

Step 1: Pray. Ask God for his guidance. That he will guide you all the way to your journey of becoming an insurance entrepreneur. If this is your purpose and mission, ask him to give you grace, strength, knowledge, and skills to fulfill this mission. Many are called but few are chosen. "Calling"

Step 2: Research. Study the company and the business. Remember, you are not an employee here, but a business owner and business partner with AIA Philippines. You are the model of your own business. You are a frontline because financial advisors/insurance entrepreneurs have the mission of saving lives, protecting dreams, and securing the future of the Filipino people. 


Step 3: Send your resume to mariannegrace-g.figueroa@aia.com.ph and attend Business Opportunity Program via zoom every Wednesday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 10am. Your recruiter will send you a link for RSVP.  If you are not available on the schedule above, please let us know your preferred schedule and we will schedule you for Table BOP.

Step 4: After attending BOP, schedule an interview with your recruiter. 


Step 5: Start your online training via LMS (Learning Management System)/e-learning. 

  • PCTC & BC, this is one of the requirements of IC (Insurance Commission) to take the licensure exam
  • BC (Business Conduct)
  • Edge 1
  • Edge 2 (Product Training)

Note: You need to accomplish PCTC first for online exam registration. You need to accomplish all LMS training to get your agent code

Step 6: While completing the online training, you can start accomplishing and uploading your info and documents to your iRecruit.

Requirements to be a licensed financial advisor:

For Single License (OL)

-Licensing Fee : Php 1,945

-IC Exam Fee : Php 1,010

TOTAL: Php, 2955 


For Dual License (OL&VUL)

-Licensing Fee : Php 3,490

-IC Exam Fee: Php 2,020 

TOTAL: Php 5,51

  • 1 VALID ID (any government ID)
  • Proof of SSS
  • Proof of TIN
  • Bank Account (BPI, BDO, Eastwest) open an account if you don't have any of the banks
