LOST PRC ID? Paano kumuha ng duplicate? 2022

Nawala ba ang PRC ID mo? Ano tawag sayo? Edi shunga! Huwag kang magalala, hindi ka nag iisa. Joke lang, ako talaga ang shunga! hahaha

Wala ng paligoy ligoy pa at ish-share ko sa inyo kung paano ako kumuha ng duplicate PRC ID.

Step 1: Log in to https://online.prc.gov.ph sa kahit anong browser (Safari, Google Chrome, etc)

Step 2: Sign in using your registered account and tick I'm not a robot.

Kung wala pang account, register ka muna.

Kapag nakapag register kana dati pero hindi mo matandaan ang password, click forgot password then check your e-mail to reset your password.

Step 3: Click Select Transaction

Step 4: Select Duplicate

Select your profession and input your PRC License Number.

Reminders: Magpagawa muna ng Affidavit of Loss bago pumunta sa PRC para hindi ma hassle at mag dala ng isang valid ID.

Paano magpagawa? Pumunta sa malapit na Law office para magpa notaryo. May ibang law office na sila na ang nagttype, meron din iba na ikaw pa magpapagawa. Meron mga template na makukuha sa online (Pwede niyo din gamitin ang template na to). Pero dahil tamad ako at ayaw ko ma hassle dahil baka magkamali pa, nagpagawa nalang ako. Php 100 ang binayad ko sa type at print, Php 200 naman sa notaryo.

Step 6: Pay Duplicate Fee of Php 200

Tip: Magbayad nalang online kesa ma hassle kayo sa haba ng pila kung meron. Sa case ko kasi nung nagpunta ako mabagal ang system ng PRC sa buong Pilipinas dahil nag uupdate sila kaya ang tagal at ang haba ng pila. Expect the worst. At least kapag nag punta kayo dun, chill chill nalang.

Tip: Mag print na k ayo ng application form para hindi din kayo ma hassle at mas mahal mag print sa mall or malapit sa area. Meron Php10-30 isang page. Ginto ata ang papel at ink. hehe
