Maxicare Primary Care Clinic Experience in the Philippines 2022 and 2023
My experience was in Primary Care Clinic Eaton Centris Quezon City, Alabang, BGC, and Double Dragon Pasay.

Why does the company give HMO benefits to the employees? What's the importance of having a health card and how to use it?
Giving employees health benefits will help the employee focus on their work and overall health and well being. This will help the employee perform better in their job and everyday life and lessen the financial loss and bills needed to pay especially for emergency situations. Given the workloads, night shift schedule, unhealthy habits and lifestyle, one can be affected by health issues if self is not taken care of.
The 1st time I used and experienced Maxicare was in Eaton Centris in Quezon City with my mother (she is my beneficiary) for consultation. The location is convenient andq near MRT Quezon Ave, EDSA. The place outside is relaxing and plenty of restaurants to choose and dine. Maxicare Primary Care Clinic located at the ground floor of the building.
Laboratory results are sent via e-mail and may track on Maxicare website, you just need to sign up. In my experience, I still need to receive the result on their website. I received an automated e-mail that results can now be seen on their website, but I did not receive it, so I e-mailed the Maxicare PCC in BGC which I have done my laboratories, sent the screenshot photo as proof, so they sent the result to my personal e-mail.

Before entering, make sure you bring your maxicare card or you know your maxicare number and bring valid ID. Input your maxicare number in the self-service kiosk in the entrance are and what is the purpose of your visit (e.g. consultation or laboratories). The security guard will assist you.

Upon entering, the nurse will check your vital signs like oxygen saturation, pulse rate, and blood pressure. you will see cute chairs to sit in while waiting for your number or name to be flash in the monitor.
You can check your height, weight, and BMI by just standing up in the machine.
As a healthcare worker, we had an amazing experience and amazed by their health innovation. I experience in Alabang PCC they have a blood pressure machine where you will just insert your hand. They also have free coffee, tea, hot, warm, and cold water while waiting for your name to be called and seen in the monitor. Their clinic is fully air-conditioned, smells good, and spacious.
The healthcare providers (nurses, doctors, radiation technologist, medical technologist, and other staff) are kind, approachable, helpful, and professional even on multiple coming in and out.
The provider will assess and examine the patient's concerns and input the information via tablet and can also directly print on the printer.
Maxicare's innovative tools are amazing. It helps the provider and the patient secure their medical records.
