Why go to expensive restaurants if you can cook on your own at your lovely house.
This is how I cooked my seafood mukbang at home with love.
I bought mixed seafood from my neighbor for only 200 pesos and it's good for 2-3 people.
- Seafood (Crab, Tahong, Shrimp, Pusit, or any seafood you want)
- Corn
- Butter or Margarine
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Here's how/Procedure:
First things first. Prepare all your ingredients.
1. Wash properly your seafoods
2. Boil water and add salt
3. After boiling, put first the corn and crab
4. Remove the crab if the color turns to orange then separate
5. Add shrimp and remove after it turns orange then separate
6. Add Pusit and separate (do it with other seafood)
7. Do not throw the water because you will use this in mixing the sauce and seafood
8. Prepare/slice garlic (I love more garlic because it enhances the flavor
9. In a hitting pan, I put chili oil first then cook garlic then add margarine and put garlic (do not burn the garlic)
10. Add all cooked seafood and stir
11. Add salt and pepper to taste
12. Add boiled water from the seafood boiling water, let it boil for a bit
13. Serve and enjoy!
It's also best if you will cook it together with your loved one. This is my 1st time cooking this and our souls are satisfied!
