How to update your contact details in your AIA Philippine (Philam Life) policy

Do you want to access your policy information in ePlan/My AIA but you can't log in because the information is incorrect and you can't remember your details during your application?

Don't know what to do and is afraid to go out, have no landline to call the customer service, or don't know any agent/financial advisor to assist you? Don't worry!
